Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Joe and his crew did a fantastic job explaining and installing new HVAC system. We chose Shirley's because of the level of comfort after initial consultation and it was a bonus that they had the lowest bid with the best energy saving option for us!

The thermostat and need a new post into the wall so that it could fit securely took the batteries out and turn them around explain to me that I had put in the batteries in wrong he felt that was that and I paid 105 for that service. He was not there a full hour I'm not sure what his service calls are per hour $100 an hour did seem a little high but he wasn't there 30 minutes

I called Shirley's, they came as planned. It needed parts, but JD did not try to upsell me, he was focused on getting the parts to get it up and running. Aiden came and got it going right before the big storm that is coming. Shirley's has my business for life. Thanks y'all!

New home for us. Moved in in January. Older hvac systems. Heard about Shirley's on KICK radio 92.3 in Springfield. Purchased an annual maintenance contract through their promotion on the Radio Shopping Program. Rob was our technician. He was on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable about our specific unit. Communicated everything he was doing, found some adjustments to make that will help our unit be more efficient and safe.

Always dependable & professional, we have used this company several times and always appreciated the quick response to what we need and fair costs. Will continue to get our business!

Shirley's did a great job doing ac, heater and water heater install. The team did a great job, they noticed a defect in the new AC unit and quickly worked to get a different unit same day. Can't say enough about how professional they were and took care of us. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!!

Hello to all, so our system went down. We called Shirley's, even though I have never paid someone to work on my home being a DIY guy I'm not messing with HVAC. As we all know life happens so yes we got installed with a big hiccup and I have to say the owner was here the very next morning with his top guy and had us up and running in like an hour. These guys are amazing!!!! They showed up early and had everything done earlier than expected. Very nice and friendly. Answered all our questions and very informative. Highly recommended to us from a friend and we are so glad we chose them. They offer so many different services we didn't even know about but they will be the first if we need anything else. The Shirley family was a godsend! On our way through Joplin, MO, we blew a tire on our boat trailer. We were able to make it off the highway safely and pull into a gas station. This amazing, generous, dirt biking family came to our rescue!! Unselfishly, they offered to help and actually had the exact spare tire we needed and the entire family helped replace it with their spare tire which was the exact match! What a blessing this family truly is! Would definitely recommend their company, they did not want anything in return! No doubt they run their company the same way !! Go Chase and Trev! We had such an excellent experience with Shirley's from start to finish. I worked in construction for a decade, so it was so refreshing when the owner made a point to address ME (not just my husband) when discussing our HVAC project. Office staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions that came up, and everyone we worked with was professional and courteous. Super fair quote and a seamless installation. Couldn't ask for a better HVAC contractor. Highly recommend!

We first hired this company a couple of years ago to replace the HVAC system at our shop, and they did an outstanding job. Just two months ago, we had them replace the HVAC system at our home as well, and once again, the experience was excellent. They completed the entire job in just one day, which was impressive!

Out of all the quotes I received, theirs was the most affordable-and they still used high-quality, industry-standard manufacturer models with great efficiency and warranty coverage. The crew was professional, on time, and respectful of our space. Joe, the owner, is fantastic-very knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to talk to if you have any questions or concerns.

We were so pleased with our experience with Joe and his team installing a mini-split system in our walk-out basement last year, they were the only company I considered calling when we needed to replace our home's AC and furnace this year. Another great experience! The install team was again knowledgeable, proficient, and courteous. We're very pleased with our new Amana system. Shirley's Heating and Air will continue to be our go-to company in the future.

When our heat, ac and hot water heater were going out, Shirley's was quick to get us a quote. After quotes from other companies we decided to go with Shirley's as they were affordable (not cheapist as there is a difference). They were great to work with and the guys that showed up to install were great. I would highly recommend using Shirley's the next time you have any heating or air issues. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great Service and an Awesome Price for what we needed done. Kevin and Doug were great and very respectful of our house and even cleaned up afterthemselves. Also took the time to teach me how to use the smart thermostat. Very much recomend.

Contracted Shirley's Heating and Air to install two heat pump systems in our home. Dealing with Shirley's was a pleasure from first meeting with Joe to install completion. During process all questions were answered. Dealing with office staff was also very helpful throughout install. Technicians were very professional and answered questions. I would recommend Shirleys without reservation.

Woke up to a cold house one morning. Called Joe (already a maintenance club member) and Al came out the same morning to diagnose. Heat pump/AC compressor gone. Al gave us a couple of options, we chose to replace the entire system as the furnace itself was over 20 years old. Furnace placed on emergency heat and the entire system was replaced 4 days later. Kevin and Luke got the job done in a hair over 7 hours, system tested and working well, they cleaned up, and hauled off the old system. Our new Amana system is much smaller in size, quieter, and much more efficient. We have always been impressed with Shirley's quality service and reasonable prices, and much more now!

Shirley's Heating & Air has always been responsive. They cam out in the middle of a snow storm to fix our furnace. We also purchased a new HVAC system and the price and service were great!

My husband had Shirley's come out to give us an estimate on a new furnace and AC for planning purposes. After getting another quote that was significantly higher for the same equipment, we decided to go ahead and move forward with Shirley's. They were able to remove and install the old unit in one day. I was able to even speak with the owner who was very nice and helpful. Both the employees who were doing the installation were professional and helpful as well. They did some additional venting work for us as well. Quality work and very fair price. I will recommend them whenever I have the opportunity.

From the first contact to the estimate to acceptance to job completion I have never worked with a more attentive company and employees! First the quote was quick, offering me several options based on my needs. The price was far less than any competitor for the same product. Installation was on time, very polite and accurate workers that cleaned up after themselves far better than I would have! They communicated with me the whole process and even helped me set up my phone to control the unit. I will be singing Shirley's Heat and Air praise for a long time to come. Additionally their annual maintenance contract is less expensive than competitors. Call them, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

They came recommended from my coworker. I had a total replacement and added a split to my upstairs. They look great, they left no mess, and the whole process was only a couple of weeks from quote to installed. Super reasonable price, too.

We had no heat I called Shirlery's and Al came as he got the heat going he notice that are 1996 heater was leaking CO2 at a low level but it was enough for my wife and I to move forward and get a new system.
